El Grand Débat National de Francia : análisis de un proceso participativo multicanal.

En una época de cambios tecnológicos y sociales, la ciudadanía demanda nuevos canales de participación pública. En los últimos tiempos distintos procesos de participación recurren a la opinión ciudadana para adoptar decisiones. El movimiento de los chalecos amarillos desencadenó una ola de protestas en Francia a la que quiso hacerse frente con el Grand Débat National, un proceso participativo multicanal, a distintos niveles administrativos. El estudio de su desarrollo y resultados debe servir para diseñar futuros procesos similares.

This paper focuses on early childhood educators as possible facilitators of educational co-responsibility with families and, therefore, of inclusive educating communities, in line with the PNRR. A research-training with educators from Palermo, which began before the pandemic and was then reformulated, is presented. An urban park provides many environmental and recreational facilities and services, and moreover it may become a catalyst for social energies and an instrument of community identification. This paper analyses whether participation and bottom-up planning may compensate institutional absences in implementation of urban parks, and how multiple criteria model may support socially shared decisions about their management.
